The Triple C cruise leaves from Whitianga wharf, we journey below the towering Shakespeare’s cliff and past the historic Cooks Beach.
We visit Cathedral Cove and the islands in the Marine Reserve, then explore the spectacular volcanic caves and coastline around Champagne Bay.
We will enter a variety of sea caves around the coast including looking up through Cooks Blowhole and of course the magnificent Orua cave.
Swimming with the fish in the Marine Reserve with our on board snorkel gear. Snorkeling in the reserve is a fantastic experience for all ages. We will provide life jackets for those less confident in the water. If available on the day our crew can be in the water to assist if required. Please ask in advance if you might need this additional assistance.
There will be time to swim and snorkel in the marine reserve (20-30min will be allocated if conditions permit).
Not into getting wet!
We also have included on the boat 2 new bathyscope. These tubes allow you the advantage of a great close up view of the fish without getting wet, great when its a bit cold to swim.
We do not launch our boat if there are no pre-booked tours. If you are close by and want to tour at short notice please call us. It only takes 30min to launch and prep the boat if we are available, and we can be flexible on tour time and departure if needed.
Departures are from the Whitianga Wharf on The Esplanade in Whitianga. We can also pick you up from Ferry Landing on request.
